All clients make payment for counseling services
at the end of their session.

Clients with insurance: after your first visit,
Dr. Salvi will work with you to obtain reimbursement
if you have Mental Health coverage.
a. Check with your insurance company
to make sure you have Mental Health coverage.
b.
If you do, ask about the process for reimbursement:
1)
Is there a specific form?
2) How do I get it?
3) Notify Dr. Salvi who will
contact your insurance company to secure his status
as a participating provider.
4) Give forms to Dr. Salvi who
will submit them to insurance company.
Note:
Clients with a written physician referral are more
likely to receive reimbursement.
